Brief description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our

team. In this senior role, you will take a leadership position in driving business growth, nurturing key

client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge software solutions. If you're passionate about

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling,

networking, referrals, and inbound marketing strategies.

• Client Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients,

understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.

• Sales Presentations & Demos:Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective

clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the software.

• Negotiation & Closing:Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing deals, including pricing

negotiations and contract management.

• Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and

performance against targets. Provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Account Management:Oversee post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and

identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Market Research:Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor

activities. Use this data to shape marketing strategies and product offerings.

• Events & Webinars:Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and workshops to showcase

the company’s products and engage potential clients.

• CRM Management:Utilize customer relationship management tools to track client interactions,

manage leads, and optimize sales processes.

• Feedback Loop:Provide feedback from clients to the development and product teams to ensure

the company’s offerings meet market demands.

• Market Penetration & Growth:Assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts in expanding

the company’s market share and reaching new customer segments.
