Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service, without hard selling.

Participate in promotional activities and contribute to marketing strategies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of medications.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and hygienic clinic environment.
Patient Care:
Build strong patient relationships through personalized care and follow-up.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
Conduct tech-enhanced therapies to improve patient health and wellness.
Educate patients on treatment plans, products, and services.
Clinic Operations Support:
Efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations.
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Perform cashiering duties and manage financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Train and mentor junior staff on sales, customer service, and clinical procedures.
Support clinic operations with various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
In-depth knowledge of operations and patient care processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
