RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
• To replenish merchandise, conduct stock check and manage fitting room or stock room.
• Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedure and policy.
• Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates and new team members.
• In some cases, assigned to assist in running of a store, deputy Store-in-Charge (SIC).
• Assist to handle more complex retail operation tasks assigned by Superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional background/ Experience:

• Functional: 2-3 years experience in Retail / Sales.
• Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail.
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion.

Education:

• Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management.

IT:

• Outlook: Intermediate.
• Word: Intermediate.
• Excel: Intermediate.
• PowerPoint: Intermediate.

Language:

• Local Language: Good.
