Job description
A qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands-on approach to engineering development and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
To be independent in daily operations of the tool and able to set up good preventive maintenance (Electroplate, Wet clean/etch, Dry Etch, Anneal, CMP, CVD or PVD etc).
Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems and corrective maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement project (CIP) to achieve better process quality and lower cost.
Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
Set up operating specifications and provide technical training to related staff.
Manage PM schedule and adopt best practice to maintain and improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Requirement:
Degree graduate in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
Preferably minimum 2-3 years of hands-on semiconductor experience with tool maintenance and operation.
Candidate must be able to communicate inter-department at any technical level.
Must be a self-starter, dependable and highly motivated.
Preferred strong problem-solving and data analysis skills (i.e., RCA, DAMIC, DOE, FMEA, etc).
