To manage a team of engineers/technicians to implement the site reliability program/strategy in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure plant availability at all times.
Provide technical expertise and support maintenance team in delivering equipment maintenance to maximize equipment availability to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Investigate and analyze incidents pertaining to rotating and static equipment failure or malfunction; to identify root causes of problems and recommend & implement solutions.
Review, analyze and recommend equipment maintenance strategies and/or asset care with both engineering and operational teams to reduce the impact of unplanned maintenance, relating to downtime, MTBF, costs and spares/consumables usage.
Lead condition-based monitoring, predictive maintenance and risk-based inspections on site, to ensure rotating equipment reliability and mitigate potential loss of primary containment from static equipment.
Provide technical expertise and equipment standardization during Front End Engineering & Design (FEED); to ensure equipment maintenance considerations are included at FEED.
Implementation and execute of the Product Contamination Cause and Elimination (PCCE) program.
Support and engagement with the central Reliability Community of Practice, other GSK sites, GSK functions and wider industry partners to seek and share best practices.
To support customer complaints and deviation investigations and ensure that all relevant engineering corrective actions are completed within the agreed timeline.
To support Engineering Technical Report and provide input to Periodic Reviews and Annual Validation Report to ensure timely completion of the report, including routine support.
Good honors degree in the relevant Engineering Discipline.
Good knowledge of Reliability Centre Maintenance (RCM).
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the process / pharmaceutical industry.
Strong awareness of industrial standards, with proficiency in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and assessment for static equipment (e.g., API 570, 571, 580).
Solid knowledge of Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (FMEA).
Good understanding of local codes and regulatory requirements.
