Job description

Responsibilities:

Business Performance and Management

  • Evaluate customers' needs and provide solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation, and endowment planning.
  • Design and recommend wealth solutions to meet the objectives of the customers.
  • Take initiative to plan and organize daily schedules for various sales-generating activities.
  • Conduct daily calls to customers in their portfolio base to arrange for appointments and to offer assistance.
  • Regularly update clients on their holdings and investment performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for various banking products consistently.
  • Fulfill training requirements set by the organization.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy in the application process to minimize reworks.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Group Policy, Standards, and procedures of the Bank.
  • Ensure the sales process is followed and maintain BSC grading of A/B.
  • Ensure proper screening and gathering of customer information to satisfy KYC procedures.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements

M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9, M8A, M9A, M1B, and HI

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of Wealth sales experience
