Senior Regional Sales Manager (AutoStore, Warehouse Automation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Southeast Asia.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with company goals.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Work with the technical team to develop customer solutions.
• Prepare costings and pricing strategies during pre-sales.
• Present sales reports, forecasts, and pitches to senior executives.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Attend industry events to network and promote solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in business or engineering.
• 5+ years of sales experience in warehouse and intralogistics automation.
• Experience selling automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic thinker with innovative sales approach.
