Our esteemed client, an established and globally recognized MNC, is searching for a Senior Regional HR Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all levels.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, social media, and recruitment events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, providing guidance on workforce planning and role requirements.
Oversee and enhance employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Utilize data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and report on hiring outcomes.
Promote and build employee engagement through development activities and organizational change management initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing sound advice and support aligned with HR strategies.
Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and ensure the fair and consistent application of company policies.
Coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies, supporting career growth.
Drive regional performance management and promotion cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Experience working as HR Generalist preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience managing recruitment strategies and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results.
Additional Information:
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: Basic Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
