Responsibilities:

• Conduct client requirement analysis and prepare cost simulations for new job orders, ensuring alignment with budget allocation.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling to existing accounts and developing new commercial relationships.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business units to generate new job opportunities.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build quality candidate pipelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire ratios.
• Lead recruitment campaigns and special projects while managing budgets effectively.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports for all client engagements.
• Adapt to changing business needs and undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment, ideally in the space of Temporary, Part-time, and Contract recruitment.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Retail & Hospitality, and Events recruitment environment is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and strategic use of multiple job boards.
• Comprehensive understanding of Singapore's Employment Act, MOM regulations, and PDPA compliance related to recruitment and employment practices.
• CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) Certified.
• Experience in managing recruitment budgets and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
