Senior Recruitment Consultant

Basic up to $7000 + Uncapped Commission scheme

Working Location: Tai Seng (Short Walking Distance from MRT Station)

Monday to Friday / 9.00AM – 6.00PM

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert recruitment solutions

• Proactively sourcing, screening and selecting high-quality candidates to fill a variety of roles across different industries

• Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

• Providing market insights and strategic advice to clients to optimise their recruitment efforts

• Managing the offer and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Continuously expanding your professional network and staying up-to-date with industry trends

• Collaborating with the broader team to share knowledge and best practices

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of Part time or Contract Projects and Events, with proven strong track records

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates

• Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Consultative approach and strong business acumen to provide strategic hiring advice

• Passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
