Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, specializing in mid to senior-level roles within various dynamic sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, hiring needs, and corporate culture.
Source and attract top talent through multiple recruitment channels, including proactive headhunting strategies.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, ensuring the best fit for clients’ requirements.
Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, expanding our client base.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a high-performing recruitment team.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate records for seamless operations.
Requirements
Tertiary education (Diploma/Degree) with proven experience in recruitment.
Strong business development and client management experience in a fast-paced recruitment or sales environment.
Performance-driven with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for talent acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage both clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Sales-focused with a strategic business mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience mentoring junior recruiters is an advantage.
