About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at People Profilers Pte Ltd in Raffles Place, Central Region. As a full-time Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, providing expert-level recruitment solutions to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement
2. Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
3. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
5. Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
6. Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leverage referrals to identify high-calibre talent
7. Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
2. Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making capabilities
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
5. Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving challenging recruitment targets
6. Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices
7. A proactive, tenacious, and solutions-oriented mindset
