SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (PROJECT)

Responsibilities:-

• Perform measurements for quantities
• Sourcing of Subcontractors and suppliers
• Evaluation of price comparison
• Estimation for variation submission
• Attend site and consultant / Technical meetings
• Valuing and preparing progress claims and sub-contract progress payments
• Prepare and issue subcontract variation orders.
• Monitoring of project variations
• Conducting site measurements
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred. Experience in tendering work will be a plus.
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
• Sound computer literacy, including advanced skills in Excel.
