Our client, with several projects in hand, is seeking suitable candidates to join them as a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Check site monthly progress and submit progress claim.
• Variation order cost analysis, submit VO quotation.
• Carry out payment certificate for sub-contractor.
• Check sub-contractor VO quotation, compare & negotiate the price.
• Source for preliminary supplier, request quotation and issue PO to supplier.
• Establish the Project cost estimation and control procedures.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and associate consultants in the administration of projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor.
• Experience with building projects.
