Senior Quantity Surveyor | M&E Construction firm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee specific suppliers' contract administration.
• Take off quantities for tenders or site projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) for tender submission.
• Ensure tender submissions are on time.
• Sourcing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare material quantities to be delivered to the site.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in M&E.
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
