Location: Central, Ubi

Salary: Up to $8000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, develop cost plans and controls, create tender documents, conduct value engineering exercises, and manage contract documentation.
• Identify and pursue tender opportunities, overseeing the entire tender process for new projects in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage progress payment valuations and recommendations, evaluate variations, negotiate and settle variation claims, and finalize project accounts.
• Monitor project finances to ensure adherence to budget and identify potential cost overruns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in orders and claims.
• Attend technical meetings to stay informed about design developments and provide timely cost escalation alerts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with a Main Con for residential projects.
• Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts will be an added advantage.
• Good negotiation, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
