Senior Quantity Surveyor[ Construction/A & A works tendering exp/ main contractors]

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate leadership and provide training to AE team members.
2. Offer constructive suggestions to superiors, along with solutions to issues.
3. Maintain clear communication with staff members, providing guidance throughout the tender process.
4. Take responsibility for all tender costing before presenting to superiors for management meetings.
5. Act proactively, ensure well-coordinated reports, and meet superiors' expectations.

9. Focus on continuous improvement.
10. Participate in and promptly respond to all tender submissions, tender interviews, and post-tender addendums.
11. Conduct due diligence on works scope and responsibilities.
12. Perform basic QS tasks (e.g., measurement and calling quotations) if internal staff resources are limited.
13. Preferably possess over 5 years of experience in A & A works tendering.
