Advice and management of the overall procurement process.
Preparation of tender & contract documentation.
Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.
Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.
Attendance to project & site meetings.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building that is recognized by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a consultancy firm is preferred. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for a junior role.
Proficient in QS application and software.
Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic.
An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
