Job Description:

• To prepare bill of quantities and tendering of projects.
• To make enquiry and compare materials and subcontractors pricing for procurement.
• To evaluate, prepare and submit project monthly progress claims and variation orders, if any.
• To evaluate subcontractors' monthly progress claims and submit recommendation for payment.
• To attend consultants and site meeting.
• All contract administrative and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Minimum 10 yrs relevant working experience in landed residential houses and condominiums projects.
• Must be proactive and able to work independently.
