Provide management direction, including administrative and supervisory responsibilities for quality activities on projects or functional areas ensuring products/services meet customer requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of Quality systems, procedures, and related activities, demonstrating leadership to quality professionals.
Engage with senior-level representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and other personnel.
Lead Quality Systems development using ISO standards including process optimization, process development, data collection, and training across all levels.
Monitor and support supplier quality metrics, audit activities, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and supervision to QA engineers, focusing on hiring the right talent and developing a motivated, high-performance team.
Manage non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with management and external organizations to drive continuous improvement in Quality activities.
Promote Quality culture awareness to internal or external organizations e.g., customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics Engineering, or Quality discipline or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years’ experience in management capacity.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and best practices in the machining industry is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of leading successful QA initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
