• Provide management direction, including administrative and supervisory responsibilities for quality activities on projects or functional areas ensuring products/services meet customer requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of Quality systems, procedures, and related activities, demonstrating leadership to quality professionals.
• Engage with senior-level representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and other personnel.
• Lead Quality Systems development using ISO standards including process optimization, process development, data collection, and training across all levels.
• Monitor and support supplier quality metrics, audit activities, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and supervision to QA engineers, focusing on hiring the right talent and developing a motivated, high-performance team.
• Manage non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with management and external organizations to drive continuous improvement in Quality activities.
• Promote Quality culture awareness to internal or external organizations e.g., customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics Engineering, or Quality discipline or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years’ experience in management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and best practices in the machining industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of leading successful QA initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
