Senior QS/QS

We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our fast expansion team as Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
2. Prepare Bills of Quantity
3. Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
4. Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
5. Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
6. Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
7. Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
8. Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
9. Carry out contract administration duties

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
2. At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Be able to take instructions and work independently
4. Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
5. Able to work well in a team
