Salary: $5000 - $8000 + Medical Benefits

Location: Central

Work Schedule: 5 days work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-contract activities (cost estimation, tendering, contract negotiation).
• Manage post-contract activities (progress payments, variation orders, claim resolution).
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial viability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (consultants, contractors).
• Identify and mitigate cost risks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with a Main Con for residential projects.
• Candidates with knowledge of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, and FIDIC Short Form of Contracts will have an added advantage.
• Good negotiation, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
