SENIOR / QA QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function to ensure quality products/services are supplied.
2. Coordinate with Production/Plant Managers to conduct investigations on quality deficiencies.
3. Conduct site visits to ensure that the quality of products supplied is within design parameters.
4. Coordinate all QA/QC operations to ensure customer satisfaction with the level of products/services provided.
5. Work with Sales and Production Departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved professionally and efficiently.
6. Develop QA/QC systems and set achievable targets.
7. Ensure Production complies with quality procedures.
8. Assist Project Management team with project/safety for daily activities and Quality Management.
9. Collaborate with Production Manager and Plant Manager to minimize defects.
10. Comply with all requirements for the continuity of ISO certifications.

Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Possess training certificate in ISO Quality Management System, Quality Engineer, CONQUAS, BCA-Good Industry Practices would be advantageous.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, with the ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with influencing abilities.
5. Independent and a self-starter, with a strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
