Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support all operational quality-related activities, including review of project quality, safety and security requirements, ISO9001, 45001, 27001 certification, materials, method statements, inspection and test plans
• Conduct projects internal quality audit inspection
• Collect quality data and documentation for trends and root cause analysis for process improvement
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in deliverables
• Investigate project & service quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Identify key KPIs for project quality
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Software, Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 years of experiences as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Knowledge in IOT, SCADA, OT-Cyber Security & Software, Integrated Security Management System, Smart Building Management System, Industrial Networking Solutions for Power, Water, Oil & Gas and Building industries would be an added advantage
• Familiar with QA tools and processes
