Senior Project Manager - Tax/Regulatory Reporting (Banking IT)

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager in Singapore for one of our banking clients.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee program/project objectives, ensuring alignment with business commitments.
2. Lead committees, prioritize deliverables, and manage estimates, schedules, and budgets.
3. Allocate resources based on project needs.
4. Work with product owners, security, architects, compliance, and other teams.
5. Assist in requirement gathering and perform multi-system analysis.
6. Collaborate with BAs and testers to ensure delivery quality and support UAT.
7. Track maintenance costs, budgets, and vendor relationships.
8. Address complex issues, recommend solutions, and ensure delivery alignment.
9. Adhere to Secure Agile/SDLC frameworks and organizational policies.
10. Provide updates to management, oversee release planning, and manage steering committees.
11. Handle multiple projects and adapt plans as needed.

Skills & Experience

1. At least 12+ years of experience in the banking IT field (Wealth Management/Private Banking) as a Project Manager with Business analysis background.
2. Good Knowledge of Regulatory or Tax Reporting with experience on any of the given topics: Tax Regulatory, Performance topics, German Tax reporting, Client Tax Statement Reporting, AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m.
3. Knowledge of Transactions (Corporate Actions, Securities in particular).
4. Good Knowledge on Market data providers (i.e., SIX, WmDaten and similar providers).
5. Good Knowledge on Reporting systems (i.e., SECTRAS, EasyTax, FiTax or similar applications).
6. Basic Knowledge on Standard Core Banking systems (i.e., Olympic, TRANSACT, Corporate Actions Systems).
7. Basic Knowledge on Front Office applications (i.e., AAA ordering Tools, Client Management Tools).
