Job Description

• Act as client’s project manager / client representative to lead the design processes, AE procurement, GC package buyout.
• Ensure that there is effective liaison between client, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to keep project timeline and cost within budget.
• Act as client project manager / client representative on all coordination matters.
• Single point of contact (SPOC) between GC, stakeholders, and internal coordination.
• Set up tools, templates, and meetings.
• Produce detailed programme schedule.
• Prepare contract documents and manage the tender process for design and build contracts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by client.

Qualifications

Degree in Project Management, MEP, construction or engineering.

Advanced manufacturing (brownfield and greenfield) relevant experience is a plus.

Prior experience as a client project manager or construction manager in advanced tech, high tech, clean room, or working in a live environment.

Ability to lead the project and drive outcomes.

Knowledge of authority regulations and submission requirements is a must.

Knowledge of and familiarity with data centre technical background and processes.

Familiarity with Singapore construction industry practices, authority regulation submission processes, trade partners, and supply chains.

• Ability to communicate in Korean will be advantageous.
