Senior / Project Manager (Marine cabling)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior/Project Manager with specialized experience in managing Marine Cable Projects. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in marine dredging, marine cabling, or marine construction, and possess a deep understanding of marine regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the execution of Marine Cable Projects from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure compliance with marine regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles.
3. Utilize technical expertise in marine vessel operations and maintenance to optimize project operations.
4. Demonstrate strong leadership in people management, fostering a positive work environment.
5. Independently solve problems and make critical decisions to ensure project success.
6. Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments such as shipyards and offshore locations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in marine dredging, marine cabling, or marine construction.
2. Profound knowledge of marine regulations and industry standards.
3. Technical proficiency in marine vessel operations and maintenance.
4. Positive work attitude with excellent people management skills.
5. Proven track record of independently solving complex problems in high-pressure environments.
6. Ability and willingness to travel and work in challenging settings, including shipyards and offshore locations.
