Job Responsibilities
You will provide strategic leadership and mentor the existing project team.
You will bring expertise in multi-sector project execution, including A&A, commercial fit-out, and industrial developments.
You will strengthen project delivery by improving coordination between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
You will assist in managing and preparing all Project Management for upgrading and improvement of infrastructure facilities, routine and cyclical projects.
You will be involved in the project conceptualizing stage, developing and facilitating an action plan to ensure coherence in planning parameters for facilities, timely execution of planning/actions, managing and working closely with a panel of external consultants and contractors.
You will monitor and evaluate all ongoing projects; ensure that all works in progress are in line with the proposed work schedule and budget.
You will be involved in the preparation, evaluation, and certification of progress claims/payments, finalization of contracts accounts with clients and contractors, and ensuring due diligence and risk assessment in managing contractual and financial issues.
You will prepare and monitor job costing for ongoing projects and periodically review/update tender documents and schedules of rates.
Deputizing and supporting Team Lead in team management work as required.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualification & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, building facilities, or other relevant fields.
5 to 8 years relevant work experience (knowledge or experience in new build projects and A&A works management).
Project Management for new builds, A&A, Greenfield, Commercial fit-out, brownfield, retail, and hospitality.
Proven track record, years of experience in the related industry, and good attitude and communication skills.
Knowledge of the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Projects.
Able to supervise and lead a team.
