PICO GROUP, MP INTERNATIONAL specialises in organising exhibitions, conferences and special events. Headquartered in Singapore with offices across Asia and Europe, it has organised and managed over 1,000 events on a national, regional and international level over the past 25 years.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Executive to join our team. The Senior Project Executive will be responsible for managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the overall project management lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
  3. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager.
  4. Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.
  5. Manage logistical arrangements such as venue booking, transportation, accommodation, and catering for events.
  6. Support marketing and promotional activities to maximize event participation and attendance.
  7. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  9. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Min Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or related industries.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
  4. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  8. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  9. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management is a plus.
