Senior Project Executive

We are looking for an IT Project Executive to join a fast-growing FinTech company in Singapore!

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end project management, develop project plans, and monitor progress.
• Assist PM in project analysis tasks and collaborate closely with BA to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Oversee the progression of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases are aligned with schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Monitor and revise project work plans to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
• Manage daily operational aspects of projects, including scope, timelines, and actionable tasks.
• Produce process flows to identify areas for improvement in project efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management in the IT industry.
• Domain knowledge in FinTech/Blockchain will be an added advantage.
