Our client, a Japanese multidisciplinary interior design firm with a global presence in Asia, Europe, and the United States, is seeking a Senior Project Executive to join its team.

Responsibilities

1. Handle office design & build projects, monitoring project planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, and interior fit-out coordination.
2. Liaise with clients on keeping track and controlling cost, time and quality schedules.
3. Liaise with sub-contractors for follow-up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process, etc.
4. Perform and monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
5. Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)

1. Minimum Diploma in any field with 2 years of working experience in renovation for project management.
2. Experience handling office design, build, and renovation projects is a must.
3. Knowledge of architectural/ interior design drawings.
4. Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills to communicate with people of different levels.
5. Ability to multi-task and adhere to project timelines.

(Advantageous)

1. Experience working with Japanese clients.
2. Ability to join within 1 month or earlier.
