Senior Project Engineer/Project Engineer

Job Description

1. Plan, coordinate and implement overall site works with subcontractors and other related trades to carry out work safely.
2. Identify and resolve all problems that arise on site.
3. Assist Project Manager in organizing and deploying resources/materials for the project.
4. Attend to site matters and complaints related to project sites.
5. Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and necessary documents to the consultant for approval.
6. Coordinate with subcontractors and solve technical problems.
7. Monitor progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.
8. Supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
9. Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures.
10. Plan the sequences of construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of local experience in the construction industry.
2. Degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field.
3. Able to work independently, be a strong team player, and handle fast-paced projects.
4. Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
5. Independent, diligent, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
6. Technical competence.
