Senior/Project Engineer (Main Contractor/Building) LXY

Our client, a well-known A1 Main Contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Senior/Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of construction execution, from site preparation to final build-out, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
2. Ensure the construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems are aligned with the approved construction plans and design drawings.
3. Prepare detailed and timely construction progress reports, addressing key aspects such as time, cost, and quality in accordance with contractual terms.
4. Track and document action items and follow-ups from project meetings, ensuring effective resolution and implementation.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
6. Promote and enforce safety standards and sustainability practices across the site to ensure a secure and environmentally responsible working environment.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
3. Strong ability to work independently, while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines.
4. Technically proficient with excellent problem-solving abilities to address on-site issues.
