Senior Project Engineer, Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coordination of the design, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of building management systems.

2. Optimize the BMS settings with data analytics tools to maintain and reduce the overall building energy consumption.

3. Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS.

4. Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, and tendering.

5. Oversee the installation of electrical equipment and systems design, development, and integration of wiring for various projects, ensuring optimal functionality, reliability, and safety.

6. Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.

7. Conduct thorough analysis and identify potential issues, implementing effective solutions.

8. Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages.

9. Troubleshoot Electrical control panels for all ACMV systems.

10. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the development process.

11. Provide technical support during the assembly and testing phases, troubleshooting and resolving any wiring-related issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering.

2. At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience as an Electrical Engineer in buildings/Data Centre/Hospitality industry preferred.

3. Good knowledge and experience in building management systems (BMS) and project site experience.

4. Familiar with electrical specifications, installations, and maintenance related to ACMV/HVAC.

5. Able to read and understand Electrical Drawing Requirements.

6. Self-driven, independent, and a team player.
