Senior Project Engineer (A1 building main contractor)

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the project plan on-site.

Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical drawings and plans are followed.

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.

Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring cost expenditures.

Assist in troubleshooting project issues and delays, proposing corrective measures.

Supervise to ensure productivity & quality of sub-contractors works, in compliance to specific requirement.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience with building projects
• Candidates with A1 main contractor experience are highly desirable
• Willing to work in the East
