What you will do:

Oversees activity to ensure that project is completed in accordance with scope, budget, codes, and schedule as bound by contract. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors.

How you will do it:

1. Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
2. Devise project implementation methodology.
3. Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale projects under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.
4. Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
5. Establish effective communication with customer.
6. Track and update progress, tasks and project health to supervisors.
7. Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Perform regular quality audits for all suppliers and sub-contractors.
8. Identify and secure variation orders.
9. Cost control: Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitments as per CIS.
10. Manage reports and documents.
11. Work closely with Sales team for tender bidding.
12. Supervise sub-contractors’ work at site.
13. Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner.
14. Assign tasks to, and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician, if any.
15. System applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning. Follow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.
16. Train customers and provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visit.
17. Hand over project to customer and later to service team.

What we look for:

1. Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or construction preferably in Fire Protection System.
2. Competent in Chiller Plant and airside replacement.
3. Excel, Word and Project essential.
4. Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
5. Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work needs to be done on time.
