Senior Production Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Production Superintendent in managing day-to-day operation of the production line/shift as assigned under his/her charge to meet Quality, Productivity and Efficiency targets.
2. Ensure manpower is properly deployed and utilized.
3. Inspire and motivate workers to meet Company’s goals and objectives.
4. Train new workers to achieve better efficiency and improve productivity.
5. Meet the quality target as set in the budget preparation.
6. Authorized to stop production for any abnormality related to Quality issues and report immediately to superior.
7. Enforce good housekeeping and discipline.
8. Educate and enforce compliance with Safe Work Practices to achieve Zero accidents.
9. Report immediately to superior if any deviation is found.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical.
2. Independent, self-disciplined, pro-active, and hardworking.
3. A good team player who possesses drive, resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. No experience required if able to meet the above requirements may apply.
