Responsibilities

• To provide administrative, finance and operation support to the awards submission process and co-production operations.
• Include and not limited to processing transport vendor's invoices and talent vouchers/invoices.
• Follow up with PR and GR team on Purchase Requisitions of the department.
• Handle business travel arrangements.
• Data entry for retention and audit purposes.
• Assist in the preparation, submission and organization of award submission, deadlines and requirements. Include communicating with internal teams and external organizations regarding guidelines, updates and inquiries.
• Provide operational support for co-production projects, assisting in logistical planning and maintaining detailed records of co-production agreements, contracts and relevant documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management to support the team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with the internal team and external organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role, such as awards coordination, production assistance, or project management.
• At least GCE A Level, Diploma or Degree certification.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Keen interest in TV productions.
• Good knowledge of studio production, field and production management.
