RUCKUS One is an AI-driven network assurance and business intelligence platform designed to simplify the management of converged multi-access public and private enterprise networks, enhance business decision-making, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Product Line Manager to lead our RUCKUS One platform. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of defining product strategies, driving the roadmap, positioning in the market, and advancing our state-of-the-art SaaS solutions tailored for intelligent network management and business intelligence.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Contribute to the development of the strategic roadmap for RUCKUS One, focusing on AI-driven network assurance, business intelligence, Wi-Fi technology, RADIUS, and solutions tailored for cloud-hybrid and converged enterprise networks.
• Understand and translate customer requirements across industries to deliver targeted, innovative solutions with RUCKUS One.
• Drive the product lifecycle for RUCKUS One, from inception to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate closely with a world-class engineering team to refine our PaaS/SaaS capabilities, ensuring that RUCKUS One leads the market.
• Identify and prioritize customer use cases that expand the adoption and scalability of RUCKUS One across various markets and industries.
• Partner with the engineering and UX teams to represent the voice of the customer, ensuring usability and relevance in product features.
• Regularly engage with customers, partners, and sales teams to demonstrate the value of RUCKUS One and its impact on network performance and business operations.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation in the network assurance and intelligence space.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, specifically in cloud-based platforms, network assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking architectures, including wired and wireless networking, network segmentation, and traffic management principles.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, wireless specifics, NAC and network security technologies.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Pendo.io and other product lifecycle management systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaborations, especially with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• A history of driving customer-focused innovations that enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles and apply best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
