Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

Product Discovery

• Lead the design of consumer-facing applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to identify consumer pain points and guide design decisions.
• Develop intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Oversee the entire design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and final product delivery.

Product Delivery

• Design scalable and consistent solutions while ensuring brand identity and visual uniformity.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and user needs.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and A/B testing to enhance usability and functionality.

Maintaining Design Standards

• Manage and maintain the design system to ensure UI consistency across all products and touchpoints.
• Conduct design critiques and reviews to mentor team members and share expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry UX/UI trends and analyze competitor strategies to inform design improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically for B2C applications
