Senior Producer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Director/Producer to lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conceptualizing, directing, and producing compelling videos across various formats and platforms, demonstrating strong storytelling and project management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Creative Development
   1. Develop and pitch original video concepts and treatments aligned with brand objectives or client briefs.
   2. Collaborate with writers, designers, and other creatives to craft engaging narratives.
2. Pre-Production
   1. Lead scripting, storyboarding, and shot-list creation processes.
   2. Assemble and manage production teams, including crew, cast, and other stakeholders.
   3. Oversee location scouting, set design, and scheduling to ensure production readiness.
3. Production
   1. Direct on-set activities, ensuring creative vision and production quality are maintained.
   2. Troubleshoot challenges during shoots to maintain timelines and budgets.
4. Post-Production
   1. Work closely with editors, sound designers, and visual effects teams to deliver polished final products.
   2. Provide detailed feedback on cuts to ensure alignment with creative goals.
5. Team Management & Collaboration
   1. Lead and mentor junior producers, assistant directors, and production staff.
   2. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and social media teams to optimize video content for distribution.
6. Project Management
   1. Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
   2. Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the production process.
7. Industry Knowledge & Innovation
   1. Stay up-to-date with trends in video production, storytelling, and content distribution.
   2. Recommend and implement new technologies or workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in directing and producing video content, including short-form, long-form, and digital/social formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and storytelling styles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in video production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of current trends in digital and social media platforms.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in branded content, advertising, or entertainment industries.
