As a CBRE Procurement Senior Manager, you will oversee a substantial team tasked with sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. Additionally, you will support various clients and departments in the development and implementation of intricate sourcing and procurement strategies.

This position falls within the Procurement function, which is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, and raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver successful bids and manage transitions in our operational pipeline.
2. Build strategic partnerships with preferred vendors to foster innovation and competitive solutions.
3. Oversee our supplier partnership program, focusing on relationship management and innovation.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders and participate in business reviews to ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
5. Drive standardization and implement best practices across the procurement process.
6. Provide training and resources to enhance procurement knowledge among all stakeholders.
