Senior/Presales Engineer (IT Industry, Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

1. Understand clients’ problem statement and propose/architect solutions to address the problem statement.
2. Provide presales technical support on software, networking, and cyber solutions.
3. Work closely with customers, sales team, product vendors, and service partners to develop concepts and solutions to address customers’ problem statements.
4. Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
5. Keep abreast of new technologies, products, and solutions.
6. Perform proof of concepts (POCs) when required.
7. Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from pre-sales to project teams.

Qualities We Value:

1. Knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Engineering, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of related pre-sales working experience in software, networking, and cyber solutions.
3. Experience in building and optimizing architectures.
4. Good communication and writing skills with strong interpersonal skills and vendor management.
5. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to details.
6. A good team player who is highly motivated and directed.
7. Singaporean Only.
