Senior Physiotherapist - Singapore - SATA COMMHEALTH

Job Summary

A physiotherapy/occupational therapy professional will provide assessment and treatment to patients, enhancing their functional status and abilities through evidence-based clinical modalities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Day Rehabilitation Centre, supporting the clinical team, and providing quality care while improving systems for effective departmental functioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Functions:

• Provide physiotherapy/occupational therapy services to clients, offering advice to caregivers on assessment, care planning, treatment, monitoring, re-assessment, and caregiver training.

Operations:

• Collaborate with the Senior Assistant Director in managing centre operations, developing and conducting outreach plans, implementing quality and clinical improvement initiatives, and managing stakeholders, inventory, reports, work plans, KPIs, and information referrals.

People Management:

• Assist the Senior Assistant Director in developing and managing the Onboarding Programme, supervising therapy assistants, junior staff, and taking Qualifying Examinations (QE).

Public Relations / Customer Service:

• Support the Senior Assistant Director in managing client feedback and performing customer service duties.

Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance:

• Collaborate with the Senior Assistant Director in maintaining the centre's equipment, procuring stationery and equipment, and overseeing maintenance activities.

Finance:

• Assist the Senior Assistant Director in managing the centre's budget and finance.

Others:

• Support the Senior Assistant Director in managing other programmes and activities, covering colleague duties, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professional Council.
• Member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association/Singapore Association of Occupational Therapist.
• Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support with AED.
