To provide physiotherapy / occupational therapy assessment and treatment to the patients, to regain their optimum functional status / abilities, through evidence-based clinical modalities.
To ensure that the Day Rehabilitation Centre is being run as efficient and smooth as much as possible.
To support the Clinical Team where needed.
To provide quality care and improve on systems (where necessary) for the department to run effectively.
Job Functions:
Clinical
Provide Therapy Service to Clients and Advices to Caregivers (assessment, develop care plan, treatment, monitoring, re-assessment, caregiver training).
Operations
Assist Senior Assistant Director in managing the operations of the centre.
Develop and conduct Outreach Plan.
Participate in various quality and clinical improvement initiatives.
Manage stakeholders (MOH/Hospitals/Grassroots).
Develop and update SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Manage inventory (medical and non-medical).
Manage reports and work plans.
Conduct needs and gaps analysis.
Comply with the requirements and regulations of all relevant authorities.
Manage KPIs.
Conduct Information and Referrals (financial and non-financial schemes).
Engage in research (where applicable).
People Management
Assist Senior Assistant Director in developing and managing the Onboarding Programme.
Monitor staff performance and supervise junior staff and/or take Qualifying Examinations (QE).
Public Relations / Customer Service
Assist Senior Assistant Director in managing clients’ Feedback.
Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance
Assist Senior Assistant Director in the maintenance of the Centre and its equipment.
Procure stationeries and equipment.
Finance
Assist Senior Assistant Director in managing the Centre's budget and finances.
Others
Assist Senior Assistant Director in managing other programmes and activities.
Cover duties of other colleagues.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Department (HOD).
