Senior/Pharmacist (Retail, Islandwide) (ID: 598515)

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and organize store promotions during changeovers.
• Plan and coordinate daily workflow to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment.
• Support all aspects of sales and customer service duties, including greeting customers, providing assistance, completing transactions, and coordinating promotional activities for items outside the dispensing counter.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining inventory, verifying order entries and charges, conducting inspections, ordering products, and managing store supplies.
• Help onboard new sales assistants, provide on-the-job training to achieve superior performance, and monitor team performance.
• Assist the store in achieving its sales targets.
• Ensure the smooth execution of planograms and price changes.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree / Master in Clinical Pharmacy
• Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
