Job Description
The Position:
You will be a founder representing Organon’s presence in the Women’s Health space which includes Contraceptives, Hormonal Therapy and PPH. Organon’s vision statement is “We envision a better and healthier everyday for every woman”. Therefore, this role will be a crucial driver of Organon’s vision in Singapore.
You will be responsible for ensuring demand, access and growth for Organon’s Women’s Health brands in Singapore.
You will lay the groundwork for future expansion of Organon’s capabilities in the Women’s Health Segment.
Your entrepreneurial mindset and approach will be tested as you will be defining tomorrow while executing for today.
Responsibilities:
Engage HCPs, in particular O&G, Endocrinologists and GPs/ Family Physicians, in private and public sector to generate demand for Organon’s Women’s Health portfolio, leading to sales orders to meet sales and non-sales KPIs.
Present and/or demonstrate Organon’s products to physicians and healthcare providers through face-to-face engagements, small group presentations and discussions.
Partner closely with Clinical Educator (where applicable) to identify and coordinate ongoing customer engagement and staff training activities in hospitals and clinics.
Support Women’s Health team in organizing CME events.
Cross team and cross functional coordination to achieve individual and team objectives.
Co-develop segmentation and targeting criteria with manager and SFE team to generate and regularly update target customer list based on field work.
Handle routine follow-ups and customer inquiries.
Regular self-assessment of sales performance, opportunities and risks review and discussion with manager.
Occasionally support country and cluster team in marketing projects.
Always act and function with the highest level of ethics and integrity.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines preferred.
3+ years of strong pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience with proven track record. (Prior experience in Women’s Health or OBGYN space in Singapore will be a bonus).
Self-motivation and drive with the ability to operate independently.
Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player.
Singapore Citizen / PR.
Eligible to drive and possess a car.
