Responsibilities:
Social Media Ads Campaign implementation & monitoring
Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively draw leads for conversion.
Regularly report on campaign performance while providing insights & adjustments.
Utilize data-driven insights and able to data report to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insight for any demand creation activities or leads quality.
Manage and maintain a marketing calendar to meet timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience required.
Hands-on experience in managing social media ads campaigns, including budget management & performance evaluation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, with familiarity in analytic tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
Proficient in using various digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools to inform strategic decisions.
Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences, with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.
Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
Effective project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous in reporting.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and a go-getter with the initiative to take on tasks proactively.
