This is an extremely exciting role where you will be responsible for championing growth and playing the role of an entrepreneur in an extremely open and transparent environment. This role is focused on identifying clients and working in tandem with partners in the organization to continue building on the success of the organization.

The Challenges

• Build out the Executive Search practice; we are looking to identify leaders that will propel this practice and take it to new heights. A strong need exists for this individual to come into the firm as a subject matter expert with access and a network to build on the momentum we are experiencing.
• Work in partnership with existing partners to ensure a cohesive outreach and go-to-market strategy. Partners in our system focus on sharing knowledge, relationships, and access to assist clients in identifying the right leaders for their operations across different countries.
• Employ a consultative approach when scoping the needs of clients. It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, its value drivers, and its organizational strategy. This is core to how we win and deliver work successfully.
• Innovation is at the heart of what we do; we adopt technology and thrive on making sense of the data we have access to. We're always re-evaluating our processes and raising the bar after every mandate we complete, therefore having an eye for process improvement and increasing efficiency is core to us.
• Be bold, take calculated risks, and if mistakes are made, ensure we learn from them and utilize those learnings to grow as an organization and as individuals.

What It Takes

• A strong entrepreneurial track record and the ability to build a business from the ground up.
• Experience within executive search, talent assessments, and commercial roles will be a major advantage.
• Strong leadership and sales strategy experience, with an exceptional network and access across ASEAN within Technology, Industrial, or Supply Chain & Logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of winning enterprise clients and successfully delivering on mandates as a unit; the ability to work cohesively and with and through individuals is paramount.
