Senior Operation Executive, Logistics (Warehouse ops / Supervising / Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
2. Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
4. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectations.
5. Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
6. To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
7. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS.
